Despite all the Facebook ads this time of the year, people are still surprised at how challenging it can be to find a reliable photographer. The key is to do some homework and find the best professional photographer in your area that specializes in the category you're looking for.
Not all photographers are the same. While some take pride in short and sweet interactions, others strive to spend quality time together and design a custom experience for each one of their clients. There is so much more to a photo shoot than that short time spent in front of a camera!

They are not only extremely talented people, but they also go the extra mile to make sure their clients are well taken care of. The full custom experience they offer is what makes them stand out: design consultation, wardrobe styling, hair and make up artist, and exclusive heirloom quality products are only a few of the things that make their clients feel pampered and heard.

This was my last photoshoot before Christmas Break last year and it was so much fun! I absolutely love their color scheme! So much that I ordered my 16x20 print sample from this session and I'll get to take it with me and show it off for ever and ever haha
Aren't they such a gorgeous family? Fun and kind too!
I love how smooth and efficient this session was! Mom knew exactly how and where each one of these portraits were going to fit her home. We had clear plans and expectations so it was a breeze to get the images we wanted and achieve our goals. That's why taking your time to think about everything and plan ahead is such an important - and I would even say the biggest - part of your photography experience.
I'm also very happy with the fact that the youngest felt comfortable enough to request his own pose! In every photo session I aim to combine my expertise and artistic vision with my clients' needs and wishes. We then are a team working together to make beautiful memories!
They truly were so great to work with and I enjoyed our time together very much! I can't wait to see them again at the end of the month.
As always, let me know how you liked this and click on the button below if you'd like to schedule your photo session! I would love to get to work with you!
Life got CRA-ZY!
It only took us 5 months from the day we started talking and planning family pictures, until we actually getting around to doing it. But we did it!
We tried our best shot at tripod+phone app Family session, but I guess it worked. Then husband and I took turns taking pictures of each other with our cute kids (you might have to click on the pictures to see the whole images)
It took us a good half-hour driving around to find a place we liked since two of our possible locations didn't work out. I was so afraid of running out of time and losing light! Once we found a good place and set things up, we were done in about 30min and that was perfect because we finished just before the kids got hungry and we got grumpy haha
Trying out my camera's wi-fi and phone app was a challenge on itself. (You can even spot my phone here haha) Lots of trial and error and LOTS of out-takes at the end of the day, but it was fun!
My favorite picture was the very last one Adam took of me with the kids. I feel like it sums up pretty well what my days look like as a mom of 3 with husband doing school and work full time haha
Life is crazy, life is busy, sometimes it gets crazy busy, but I wouldn't have it any other way. We're right where we are supposed to be, I love these little humans of ours, and there's no one else I'd like to spend this life with. We are so blessed! 2018 is going to be great!
